Position: Full Time Cafe Supervisor
Salary: $2,200 per month
Work Week: 5 ~ 6 days (inclusive of weekends & public holidays)
Working Hours: 10 hours rotating shift (8:30 am ~ 6:30 pm/11 am ~ 8 pm/12 pm ~ 10 pm)
Location: Paragon / Raffles Place (assigned by outlet manager)
Probation Period: 3 months ~ 6 months (based on performance)
Availability: Immediate
Job Summary
The shift supervisor is responsible for assisting the store manager in maintaining a positive environment.
Shift supervisors assist in training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to store Guiding Principles and House Rules.
This position requires to act as the manager on duty in the absence of the store and/or assistant manager.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Personal Services or equivalent.
Required skill(s): customer care, customer business development, food and beverage management, team leader and motivator, Team Management.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Paragon and/ or Raffles Place.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
